Here's some new photos.

First the chubby guy.

ITEM #: R2885
Briollette Diamond, Loose

  WEIGHT: 1.46ct
  SHAPE: Briollette
  COLOR: M
  CLARITY: SI2
  MEASUREMENTS: 6.60 x 5.35 mm
  FLUORESCENCE: NONE

Price: $3549

In the two shots below you can see the "natural" in the side of the diiamond.
Basically, when they plotted out the diamond, if they wanted t make that area smooth, they'd have to polish away ...probably 1/4carat off the diamond. So they leave the area as it was naturally- hence the name :Natural"

I can't see this naked eye.....

I really love these. I'd like a pair set on French wires, without any other stones, or (and I don't know if this is possible) with small round diamond beads - like, spherical briolettes, I suppose.

That would be a lovely antique look.

Oh, to win the lottery.

Technically, it's possible, since I have seen pieces with rough diamonds perforated through. I don't dare to think of the cost...

Cool colours. I could certainly see a diamond bead with a briolette drop as earrings.
See above re lottery win. Grin

Interesting. I wonder how long it takes to drill these... (I know how long it takes me to drill a porcelain tile with a diamond bit, and it's not an easy task!)
