Now and again every business has a dis-satisfied customer but it`s how they deal with those customers which either makes them walk away, never to return etc or the business goes the extra mile and vows to make that customer satisfied again.
I recently ordered a ring from David, a marquise set into a rather elaborate setting.
David sent me pics of the finished item and my heart sank. It just didn`t look right.
I emailed David who promptly replied, even though it`s a very busy time of year for him. He sent me further photos, including handshots but the ring just didn`t look as I thought it should.
Without batting an eyelid, David offered to send me the ring which is my Christmas present from my DF and if I still didn`t like it, then he`d remake the ring at his own cost or give me a full refund. How can you argue with that ?
David, the ring arrived today and as you predicted it looks much much nicer in the flesh and my fears were unfounded.
So for all those lurkers who are curious about the site but afraid of buying from the internet ........ DON`T BE !!!!
And for the few people who see a photo and aren`t too sure, then DON`T BE !!!
There`s a real person behind this site, one who cares about his cutomers, his reputation and first class customer service. Thank you David, for all that you do and the way that you do it.

Diamonds are like people, put them under a microscope and you`ll always see a flaw but hold them up to the Sun and each and every one is beautiful.

Talk about making someones day! You just made mine Lynne!

I'll admit, this episode gave me an excellent reason to look at how we do business, and what is really important. A challenge, as it were.
If any of you out there have a business, and would like one piece of advice it would be this: NOTHING about your business is as valuable as those who place their trust in you.
I say this in full consideration of the value of the stock in our safe.

It's far to easy to look at a potential loss of some money as a "bad" thing. But what's really bad is if one forgets what got them where they are. The people who contributed to your success.

Thank you Lynne.
For writing such a lovely testimonial- but also for being someone who's placed their trust in us many times.

I'm so glad you got a ring that you love, Lynne.

It must have been an upsetting moment to see pics that weren't what you'd anticipated, but it's worked out in the end.

May we see some pictures? On the understanding that it is different in real life!

I love the antique style of this ring. What a cool design. I think it's very art nouveau.

I agree. I think it looks more vintage/antique than the inspiration ring which somehow looked more modern. Love your new ring Awestruck!!!
