I lost a diamond earring that was bought at Diamonds by Lauren yesterday.
I overnighted the remaining earring to David, and he is fast at work looking for a match.

I was very upset, and he calmed me down, and told me he would make things OK.

This is what I call a reason to be a customer for life.

Great service at every level.

The cutter is working on it, and we'll have some options tomorrow.
If we can't match the stone close enough, we'll be able to take the existing one back so you only can buy one stone but you'll get a brand new pair.

Aww, I lost a diamond stud once and have come close two other times and it is a horrible feeling!  I am sorry this happened, but am so glad David can make this work for you.  You will feel so much better when you have your new pair.
