Mind? You have to be kidding! You must know we love this. We love diamond photos. You are improving. But that ring is hard to capture no matter how good your photography skills. Those chameleons are tough devils to catch with the camera. Thanks for indulging.

Thanks everyone.  I'm just loving this beautiful ring and it's true that I just can't seem to capture all her colors and sparkles on camera.  But I'm having fun trying! Smiley

Hi  Blondie ,I'm just learning to use a Samsung Digimax that my kids got me a couple of years ago.  I'm not the camera expert in the family, usually just a few pics here and there of family.  It does have a maco setting, but I still have to pull out the instructions any time I try to do some new stuff.  It takes me a while,  but I'm having fun with my lovely ring!   Smiley

Thanks again everyone.  Soon I'll have some more to share with you all.  Quick story..... 35 years ago this May, at work I met a handsome young fellow and we fell in lust, oops I mean love at first site.  In June of that year we got married.  I was 18, he was 20.  We didn't have much, but were able to spend eight dollars on 2 silver and turquoise bands.  We upgraded a couple of years later to 2 beautiful gold engraved bands.  A few years later, I lost mine and his had to be cut off when he broke his finger.  After that for years I wore a twenty dollar gold band and to this day DH will not wear a ring, and I don't blame him.  In the last few years I've been able to buy my current bands, one a year.  They're nice, but they're just plain white gold, white diamond bands.  Since the kids are now grown and on their own, I've been hinting for something special for this year. ( Life is short and 50 years is just to far away right now for me. )  Special to DH is a new pair of boots or some camo gear.  So even though I've been wearing my one of a kind beautiful ring, he hasn't noticed.  I can't wait until he gifts this to me this June along with the 2 curved bands that should be here soon.  He will be really surprised! Wait a minute. Back up there. I'm laughing my head off. You shop like I do. Buy and then tell him or wrap it up and tell him it's from him. Correct me if I'm wrong. But my DH is not a good shopper and his taste is not the same as mine. So he doesn't know he got this for you?

Well, ah, yea.  We came to an understanding years ago.  What he doesn't know won't hurt him.  But it sure makes me happy!  Grin

I really like the way you think, Sparkalin!  Works for me, just wish it worked for my DH!  Maybe in a few more years.... Grin
