Hi Everyone,
The amazing growth of this community - and our DBL website means we have to take extra steps to make sure every-one's questions are answered.
Customer service is so very important to us.

For questions about items you've already purchased, and are awaiting shipment on- please call us at 877-952-8736- and speak to Marc or me.

It really helps if you know your name and R number.
In surveys over 99% of our customers knew at least one of those.

Let's talk about the type of questions- or people -that would rather use email.

I attempt to answer all the emails I get- of course I have yet to fit more than 24 hours in a day.
The hundreds of email questions we get a week highlight means a few might slip thru the cracks.

This highlights the benefits of this forum- and how we can use it for customer service.
Here, I am lucky to have the most qualified assistance a person could ask for, specifically for CDI.

CDI members have easier access to getting questions answered - or ideas tossed around.
They can post a thread, or ask a question in an existing one!
Put in a flag to make sure it gets noticed
