Hi Everybody!
Now that our factories are open again, we're ramping up production again.
Here's the list of things we started working on today- no photos till they're done, so you'll have to use your imagination on them......

R3242- which had been sold ....but is now available- we're setting it between .47 F color trapezoids
R3373 halo like R3431
R3103 with trilliant sides
R3389 with Colorless cushion sides
R3477 Three stone 1.37 all yellow radiant from the parcels of smaller yellow we recently acquired
R3476 -18kt bezel set marquise earrings - also from that same parcel
R3366 with yellow radiant sides- again, the smaller side radiant cuts are from the parcel.
R2445 with a pair of LONG tapered baguettes
R3326 in a diamond studded lucida
R3165 in a Hal one with pink diamond halo….

I cannot wait to see all the pretties once done.

You need to quit making these pink lemonade rings.  It makes me want to ditch my 3 stone idea and go for a halo just like that  Grin

For some reason, I can't see the picture.  I hope it's a minor glitch so I'll come back later to see.

R3242 is a gorgeous stone.  I love the idea of setting it between trapezoids because it's almost perfectly square and a lovely cut.  Ditto with R3389, and although it isn't quite as symmetrical as R3242, it's bigger!  I can't wait to see the rest of the rings.

I'm looking forward to seeing R3398. This one sounds like a classic DBL three-stone beauty: 2.03ct FLY with cushions... yummmmm.  bunny7  radiant bunny7

I hope so, T.  Then maybe you can share in a 'What I did on my summer vacation' type thread.  We've been a little worried.

David,
Can you give a little more information on R3477 1.37ctw Radiants from the smaller yellow parcel?  Will it be in gold or platinum?  What millimeter size and carat weight is the center diamond?  Will this be a Y-Z or FLY?

Gee....do you think I want it?  I tell you, it is MINE, Back-off!   duel

I knew she wouldn't last forever.  This is the first stone I fell in love with on DBL.    I wanted to put her in a halo with a blue melee.  BUT....she'll be gorgeous with trills, too.

Ohhh, Ah2, perhaps you can work something out to save your baby? It is always sad to let go of a loved one (and around here, I've had to do it more times than I'd like to count). *SOB*

Then, after the devastation, I start chanting: David will find another... David will find another... David will find another...

No, Trink, there's no way.  We should close on the house inside of 60 days.  Then the piggy bank will be completely empty, and still I need to set the Whynot2K and now the bloojay.  I was just lucky to hold on to the R1945 dream for so long.

She'll be gorgeous in her new trills, I'm sure. *sniff*  Cry

I never asked, saqsay.  It takes me a horrible amount of time to save up that kind of money for a stone, alone.

Can it be done?  Well sure, and I wouldn't trust anyone but David to do it.  I watch one site that has two different shades of blue diamonds available in melees.  They swear they are natural fancy, and price accordingly.  I admit the colors conform to my understanding of natural blues, too.

Sady, I have champagne taste and a beer budget.  That, or my taste places extraordinarily expensive items in juxtaposition with the inexpensive.  It's not good sense to do so. I recently shipped pix of two little 5 point blue pears to David to look at.  You know the type.  You get 1 picture, the price, and a color GIA (or other, gulp!) certification to make a decision.  The price was in the 1500 range for the bitty things - neither even 3 mm at widest point.  I was thinking about a little blue pear with a pink halo, just like LI'L BLOO  has, and dangle the bloojay from it.  But think - the price of using a tiny blue diamond and then a pink melee, even that small, would probably exceed the cost of the 1 ct pear  I bought in June - and could you see it from even 10 feet way?  I doubt it.  Good idea on paper, but not reasonable.  Two days later that little blue pear showed up on the site.  I coulda died.  Unfortunately 'way out of my league, pricewise.  So you can see, I have big dreams - if a little on the weird side.

I was lucky that my DH bought LI'L BLOO for my e-ring and then let me have free rein to design it.  I was luckier, still, that the crew from this forum kept me from my own bad taste!  Roll Eyes

Found one!  They're rare as hen's teeth.   I actually think a softer yellow would look better, but this little baby has quite a wow factor.  Only .41ctw,  with .27 in the fancy vivid yellow-orange center and .14 in the fancy intense bluish grey melee.
