The amazing thing is that it manages to hide the symmetry/asymmetry in the cut, despite having nowhere at all to hide it. I would have been tempted to put the stone in a halo, or with two very fancily cut sides - anything but this simplest of designs. Yet it works extremely well!

Thanks OMC- I'm really happy with the way this one came out.
In terms of the symmetry: What is visible is the close up photos ( the culet may by slightly off center) is totally impossible to see without a loupe.

Aw hi guys!!!   Wave  It's good to 'see' you all too - missed ya!

Hey David!   friends  Haven't been boarding in a few weeks and am really missing it.  Bust my nose trying to be cool in early December so feeling a little slope shy!  Still, it wasn't a break and it wasn't my shoulder so I have nothing on you!  Loving the pieces you are turning out.  Been checking your website often to drool.....

I like both the yellow radiant and the tulip diamond solitaires.  If the bands are as wide as I perceive from the pictures, I would wear them as RHRs, particularly the yellow radiant.  That is one bold ring!

Here's a new one I'm quite partial to.
it's a ...solitaire!
Pretty unusual for us- this one features a 1.22 Intense Yellow.
The contrast with the wide white gold shank is stark

It's STUNNING!

Step cut traps win me over every time.  You could probably put a gum ball in the middle and I wouldn't notice, although, I think the EC probably works much better.  Smiley

yepper, that's one heck of an EC.  Not quite the premier honker, but beautifully square-ish. 4
