I can't believe I missed the big day, crh!  I'm so glad it popped back into my unreads and I was able to catch up.  What a hoot of a proposal and what a knock-out your ring is!  Congratulations on both!  What a wonderful way to signal the beginning of the formalities and festivities.

It has been quite a bit of fun starting the wedding planning process.  I had no idea that you could make so much money disappear so quickly on so little!  I work full time and I am in school 15 credit hours this semester, so you might not see me around as often.  I appreciate all of the kind comments and warm wishes.  The next step will be to design a wedding band that compliments the ring.  Well, that and to start saving for the wedding!  The good news is that we're looking at 2-3 years out for before actually being wed, so we have plenty of time.  I hope everyone is well!

I admit I smiled when you said you had no idea that you could make money disappear so quickly.  It is sooo true with weddings!  Good luck with school this semester!  I hope it is a good one for you.  Hopefully the 2-3 years before your wedding will help you save up enough for eveyrthing you want.  We had a longer engagement here as well and I liked it. Made all the planning much less stressful.
