I'm not even sure that she is not a model. The only royal person that I can think of that vaguely resembles the image is Doņa Letizia Ortiz, the wife of the Spanish crown prince, but the lady in the pic looks far too young for her.

Not only a german on the post-war Greek throne, but a member of Hitler youth as well.....but we're off the tiara topic.
I can only buy them in rhinestones...gives a good, regal feeling on the head.

I think you are right about it being a model.  Though I've seen this tiara before worn by her and liked it.

I love tiaras, but after trying to wear a small one for my wedding I decided it wasn't for me.  I have no idea how these women wear such beauties without a headache!

As lawyers are fond of saying: "possession (of a tiara) is nine tenths of the title".

i think if i were rto have a title, I would like to be a Duchess. It just sounds so regal. speaking of which, here is the Duchess of Gloucester.

The picture is of Marina, Duchess of Kent.  She was absolutely beautiful.
The Duchess of Gloucester was very good looking with gorgeous peaches and cream skin but was never the beauty that Marina of Greece was.
Anyway why be a stunning beauty if you can wear a tiara?
Which makes me add, how many women of the age of Camilla could get away with a tiara that size?  Donīt yell at me OMC, she looked very well  in it.

Oh I like that one!

One I stumbled across 3 years ago when I was looking up a name for my cat (I name them all after royalty... some real, some fictional)

It is the Baden Fringe tiara that belongs to the Swedish royalty.

As above, so below. Note how the line of her chin follows the tiara's. But she has a nice smile, and is not evil.

Yes that is Victoria.  I think she is such a cutie!  She really reminds me of someone I went to school with in a good way.

Her sister is pretty too (Madeline)

However I named my cat after Princess Lilian
