Wow!  Really just wow!  I can't believe they treat it this way.  The photo is obviously lifted and they don't care.  LIke Trinkette said this is a huge issue with them taking a photo from another site w/o permission. 

Crappy thing is you can copyright with watermarks all you like because all someone has to do is a screenshot to get a picture they want.

I finally found someone at eBay who cared enough to take the necessary steps to fix this.
YAY!!!!

Of course what we'd all like to see is some real punishment. Expulsion from eBay might be a start.
Instead, the listing is pulled, and that's that.

Kudos to the ONE person at eBay who has some sense of responsibility. Pulling the listing is a start. Now, if all the other businesses who have had their photos "lifted" could be informed as to what is going on, and they too would take action via eBay, one MIGHT see some real consequence.

A small victory, but so glad they pulled it.

Maybe it will make her think twice.  Probably not though.  I wish I had loads of free to time check out all her pics and see how many are stolen.  Not a good way to run a business at all.

Unfortunately, given it's much easier to steal photos than having them taken off eBay, it's not going to be the last time this happens.

It does indeed... why don't we all ask the seller for another photo - preferably of the finished item?

I can't remember people's names to save my life, but I can remember pictures of diamonds and where I saw them!!!!!!!!!!!
